Questions, answered
What file should I upload?
Send a PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, TIF or PSD up to 75 MB. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) print sharpest. For PNG or JPG, aim for 350 DPI at the printed size. The tool warns you if your image looks too small.
How is my size picked from my file?
If you upload artwork first, we read its dimensions and pick the closest shape, size and orientation. If the file has no DPI saved, we assume 350. You can change any choice afterwards.
What is the safe zone and bleed?
Keep text and logos inside the dashed safe-zone line. Let background color run to the template's outer edge (a 0.125 inch bleed) so there are no white slivers after cutting. The template download shows both.
Will it fit my jar?
Pick Auto and we choose the smallest jar the label fits, or choose a jar yourself. The preview is a guide only, because jar and cap sizes vary by maker. Check your own jar before you order.
Can you make a cap top or a cap strip?
Yes. Cap tops are circles sized to your cap, and cap strips are 0.5 inch tall bands that wrap the cap's side. Cap strips and full jar wraps are priced by quote.
My size or shape is not listed.
Choose Custom, or any size marked Get a quote, and send us the details. We reply by email with a price. Custom shapes also accept a cut-line file.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Pick \u201cWe design it for you\u201d in File delivery. It adds a flat $50 design fee, and you can upload a logo or reference and tell us about your label.
Which materials are available now?
White BOPP is available now. Vinyl, Clear, Silver, Raised Spot UV and Holographic are coming soon. The guide above lists what each one is good for.
